오늘어때? 사용자는 앱 안에서 직접 계정을 삭제하거나 아래 이메일로 계정 및 관련 데이터 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
1) 앱에서 직접 계정 삭제
- 오늘어때? 앱에 로그인합니다.
- 설정 → 회원정보 수정 / 회원탈퇴로 이동합니다.
- 탈퇴 안내를 확인하고 확인란에 “탈퇴”를 입력합니다.
- 가입한 전화번호로 본인 재인증을 완료합니다.
- 회원탈퇴를 최종 확인하면 계정과 관련 데이터가 삭제되고 로그아웃됩니다.
2) 이메일로 삭제 요청
앱에 로그인할 수 없는 경우 다음 이메일로 요청해 주세요.
제목 예시: [오늘어때?] 계정 삭제 요청
포함할 정보:
- 가입에 사용한 전화번호
- 계정 삭제 요청 사실
- 삭제 요청 사유(선택사항)
3) 삭제되는 데이터
- 계정 및 회원정보(전화번호, 사용자 이름, 사용자 역할)
- 시니어·보호자 연결정보 및 초대정보
- 안부확인 기록과 상태정보
- 도움요청 기록 및 요청과 함께 처리된 위치정보
- 알림 토큰과 앱 이용에 필요한 기기 상태정보
4) 삭제 및 보관 기간
회원탈퇴가 완료되면 계정과 관련 회원 데이터는 즉시 삭제되며 복구할 수 없습니다. 탈퇴 중복 처리 및 보안 확인을 위한 최소한의 삭제 처리 표시는 최대 24시간 동안 보관된 후 자동 삭제됩니다. 그 외 계정 관련 개인정보는 별도로 보관하지 않습니다.
5) 계정을 유지한 일부 데이터 삭제
현재 계정을 유지하면서 선택한 데이터만 별도로 삭제하도록 요청하는 기능은 제공하지 않습니다. 계정과 관련 데이터를 모두 삭제하려면 위의 회원탈퇴 절차를 이용해 주세요.

HelloToday users can delete their account directly in the app or request deletion of their account and associated data by email.
1) Delete the account in the app
- Sign in to the HelloToday app.
- Go to Settings → Edit Profile / Delete Account.
- Review the notice and enter “탈퇴” in the confirmation field.
- Re-authenticate using the phone number registered to the account.
- Confirm deletion. The account and associated data will be deleted and the user will be signed out.
2) Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, send a request to the following address.
Suggested subject: [HelloToday] Account Deletion Request
Please include:
- The phone number used to create the account
- A statement requesting account deletion
- Reason for deletion (optional)
3) Data that will be deleted
- Account and profile data, including phone number, user name, and role
- Senior–Guardian links and invitation information
- Check-in records and status information
- Help request records and location data processed with those requests
- Notification tokens and device status information used by the app
4) Deletion and retention period
When account deletion is completed, the account and associated member data are deleted immediately and cannot be restored. A minimal deletion-processing marker used to prevent duplicate processing and verify security may be retained for up to 24 hours and is then deleted automatically. No other account-related personal data is retained separately.
5) Partial deletion while keeping the account
HelloToday currently does not provide a separate process for deleting only selected data while keeping the account. To delete the account and associated data, use one of the deletion methods above.
